New York native Mistah Metro is an artist in every sense of the word.

In his early youth Metro received much of his influence from watching his Grandfather paint. He continues the family tradition in his own forms of expression. There seems to be no boundaries on the different mediums Metro uses on this artistic journey.

Aside from being an accomplished emcee, releasing various projects since 2003 and receiving industry level production from an array of world-renowned producers, Metro is also a dedicated fine arts painter and traditional illustrative tattoo artist. He currently travels attending many national and international conventions and when not on the road works diligently out of Greene Ave. Tattoo, a Brooklyn based custom tattoo parlor.
