New York native Mistah Metro is an artist in every sense of the word.

Hard work and determination mark the attitude of this ambitious individual. In his early youth Metro received much of his artistic influence from watching his Grandfather paint. He was also continually captivated by tattoo art, graffiti, and urban lifestyle. There seems to be no boundaries on the different mediums Metro uses as platforms of self-expression.

Aside from being an accomplished emcee, releasing 5 different projects since 2003 and receiving industry level production from an array of world-renowned producers, Metro is also a dedicated fine arts painter and traditional illustrative tattoo artist. He currently travels attending many national and international conventions and when not on the road works diligently out of Jaz Tattoo, a Brooklyn based custom professional tattoo parlor.
